CAP is a defind data amount that customer can tranfer during one month period. When the limit is reached, his access to Internet is locked or speed of connection is slown down. Customer is able to top up his data. Splynx allows three tipes of top ups - manager can top up data manually, customer can top up using self care portal or top up can be applied automatically.

Splynx allows administrator to aggregate customers in groups and provide them shared bandwidth. For example, he can set up that customers in 5 Mbps plan will share the bandwidth in contention 1:5. Another example is to aggregate customers under one main bandwidth limit, that is defined by router's or backbone link overal bandwidth.

Measurements are based on data that Splynx receives over SNMP and Radius protocols. Splynx displays charts with line usage for customer CPE and also for backbone links of routers that are set in Monitoring section
